Trip Overview

The Tsum Valley Trek is a remote and culturally rich journey into the hidden Himalayan valley of Tsum, located in northern Gorkha near the Tibetan border. Known as the “Valley of Happiness”, this sacred region is deeply influenced by Tibetan Buddhism, with ancient monasteries, mani walls, chortens, and hermit caves where saints like Milarepa meditated.

The trek offers stunning views of Ganesh Himal, Sringi Himal, and Himalchuli, combined with immersive encounters with the unique culture of the Tsumbas, who have preserved their Tibetan heritage and lifestyle for centuries. Unlike busier trekking routes, Tsum Valley remains peaceful, making it a perfect choice for those seeking both adventure and spirituality.
