Health & Fitness

  • Trekkers should be in good physical health and capable of walking long distances at high altitudes.

  • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to booking.

  • Acclimatization is essential to prevent altitude sickness. Follow your guide’s instructions carefully.

Safety Measures

  • All treks are led by experienced guides, supported by trained porters and staff.

  • We provide briefing sessions on trail safety, emergency procedures, and local customs.

  • Always follow your guide’s instructions and stay with the group.

  • Trekking paths may be steep or uneven; wear appropriate footwear and use trekking poles when necessary.

Medical Support & Emergency

  • Basic first aid kits are available on every trek.

  • In case of serious illness or injury, we arrange evacuation via helicopter or vehicle if necessary.

  • Guides are trained in basic emergency response and first aid.

Travel & Health Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trekkers.

  • Insurance should cover medical emergencies, helicopter evacuation, and trip cancellation.

  • Trekkers are responsible for obtaining insurance before departure.
